Frequently Asked Questions
I’ve never ordered coins before. How do I start?
It’s easy. All you have to do is fill out a free quote. Send us your design and tell us how many coins you want to order. We’ll reply within 1 day with a price and a production proof of your coin. Request any changes and order online or by telephone. If you don’t have a design, we can help create it for you, most of the time for free.
I already have a design. How can I send it to you?
You can email us, fill out a free quote, fax us, or mail a picture to us. Our free quote form is the preferred way. We accept most types of formats, including .ai, .eps, .jpg, .png, .pdf, .doc, .docx, .bmp, and others.
I don’t have a design. Can you help?
Certainly! All you have to do is send us your ideas for your coin and we’ll design a coin for you. We will send you a production proof, and you will be able to review and revise the design before you order.
What is your minimum / maximum order size?
We do not have a minimum or maximum order. When you order through us, we can make as few or as many coins as you need.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express), checks, money orders, and purchase orders.
What is the turn around time for your products?
We routinely fill orders in about 25 days. We also offer a rush service with a 16 day delivery time.
Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
Yes! We are able to ship to all APO and FPO addresses as well as any standard address around the world.
Are there really no setup fees or die charges?
That’s right! There are no setup fees, mold fees, or other hidden fees when you order from us. The only things you pay are the product cost and the cost of shipping for most orders.
I have an existing coin. Can you duplicate it?
Yes, we can either work from a high-resolution picture or scan of the coin, or you can mail the existing coin to us. We are able to copy the size, colors, shape, and design of any coin. If you send us a coin to duplicate, we will return it to you with the coins we produce once they are completed.
What shape can my coin be?
Any shape you want. We custom manufacture all of our coins from scratch, so we can make them any shape, size, and design.
What is the normal size for a coin?
It depends on peoples’ preferences, but the coins we make are usually around 1.5 to 1.75 inches. We can also do much larger coins and much smaller coins, so let us know what size you want your coins to be.
